Its kind of strange, the things in life that seam to bring real, pure happiness to a person. As my days go by, there is a few things that specially springs to my concious. Not the beautiful spring flowers or the sight of my dog rolling around in the grass (which is just as wonderful, but not what I intended to write about now), its not about all the fab songs that are out there.

No, Im talking of the little things, such as the sound of my dads quite laughter when something funny is happining in the movie on the tv. I find myself smile with him, feeling really content for that small moment. Which, however inspired me to write here today. I was making pancakes for me and my father when it just hit me, that living do have those certain special perks, Im sure you would agree if you gave living a chance, dont you think so too?

Another thing is when I sit right here, at my pc, scribbling something or whatever I am doing, its late and suddenly I hear it. The quiet ZzzZzz from my darling dog Zanita. I dont think there is another sound that makes me feel more peaceful than that.

I can sit and just savour these sounds for the longest time and wishing it to never end. But it will. The dog will wake up and the movie will end. However, even now I still remember them, tucked them into my heart for safekeeping. Hmm.. life can be so wonderful, so beautiful, if you just let it be. I hope I will continue to notice the little things and remember it is special.
